Can a Plantronics H-Series Headset be used on the T20 two line system?

Yes! You will need a Polaris cord 27190-01 to connect the Headset to the T20. The T20 was not made to be used with an H-series Headset, we have tested it out ourselves and it works. We are not able to test all functions of the T20, so it could possibly not work in all situations.
