Q: I am not getting a dial tone when I plug my Headset into the headset port on my phone. What could the problem be?

A: The telephone probably has a programing feature, that will allow you to program the phone for Headset use. The best thing to do would be to reference your telephone manual or call the manufacturer and they should be able to walk you through the programming process.
