If so it might be time for you to add a Background Noise Suppressor to your voice tube. By using the 10757-00 Plantronics Background Noise Suppressor it will allow your callers to hear more of your voice, rather than all of the noise going on behind you. It is a small white clip that simply slides on to the end of the existing voice tube on your headset. It is a great way to cancel out unwanted noise, however if you work in an environment with an extreme amount of background noise, you will need a headset with a noise cancelling microphone.
